As an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in NYC, I worked on general commercial litigation, antitrust, intellectual property, and investigations matters. I represented, among others, a medical device company in multidistrict litigation and a wireless / semiconductor design firm in patent litigation against a leading smartphone maker.
Law is both an intricate part of business today and a critical backstop to preserving democracy and personal liberties. As a profession, it tends to be a technologically “classical” sector—but could benefit tremendously from innovation and technology broadly.
